What does AutoAITech do?
We design, build and run AI systems that take repetitive commercial work off your team, such as finding prospects, researching candidates and markets, running email campaigns and reporting results. We then operate and improve them for you on a monthly retainer.
Who do you work with?
Service businesses, including recruitment and executive search firms, financial services and wealth management practices, professional services firms, and B2B sales and marketing teams.
How long does it take to get a system live?
It depends on the system and the tools involved. A first working version and its date are agreed as part of the written scope, so you know what to expect before work starts.
What do I need to provide?
A discovery call, access to the tools we will connect, and time to review the first outputs with us. We do the building and the monitoring.
Do I need to change the tools I already use?
No. We connect to the tools you already use, such as your CRM and email platform, and add a portal where you can see the results.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped to the business. We discuss cost on the first call, once we understand what you need, and the scope and fees are agreed in writing before any work starts.
Who owns my data and the outputs of the systems?
Your business data and the outputs of your systems belong to you. What happens to the systems themselves if we stop working together is agreed in writing at the start.
How is my data protected?
Credentials for connected accounts are stored encrypted, each client's data is kept separate from every other client's, and we process data under a written agreement. We will give you the list of providers we use on request.
Is it GDPR compliant?
We take data protection into account in how every system is designed, and we act as a processor of client data under a written agreement. This is not a substitute for your own legal advice about your obligations.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. Client data is not used to train AI models.
What if I want to stop?
Systems that run continuously are on a monthly retainer, and research is priced per mandate. Notice terms are set out in your agreement. We would rather have a client leave because they got what they needed than stay because stopping is difficult.
Where are you based?
Dublin. We work with firms wherever they are, by video call and in person.
